Customers like the value, portability, and appearance of the pet carrier. For example, they mention it's a great way to safely carry hamsters, and really great for the price. Customers are also happy with performance, and softness. That said, opinions are mixed on ease of cleaning, size, and quality.

Jason: size XL I love it, same do my rats and there is no extra pieces of fleece in it. the only thing is that the material is cheap stuff and its a little small, but the thing still works awesome! YAY

Jennifer: My baby Chinchilla and I love this little carrier bag. It worked well to take her to the Veterinarian and on a short one hour trip. It also works well because I have two rabbits that have plastic carriers and if we need to all go somewhere this little bag makes it a little more functional to get out the door with all three.
