Customers like the quality of the animal cage, saying it's a great product and the accessories for birds are nice. They say they have issues with the ease of assembly, saying the instructions are terrible and virtually non-existent.
Ajax: a really decently sized cage for a pretty decent price, but only comparatively. mine came a little warped which made it hard to put together but once i got it together it was fine. really hard to put together on your own, so get a friend to help if u live alone. pretty unclear, picture-only instructions. however it does the job for my 2 female rats and they seem to love the upgrade. the only downside for my rats is that the way the bars are oriented makes the sides of the cage hard for them to climb. since my layout is active, i don't use the ladders or platforms, so to help them climb the sides of the cage i just ziptied the platforms and ladders flush with the side of the cage and the rest of their layout is active except for 1 place where i tend to scatter most of their food. i don't use the pan in the bottom either; its not safe for most small animals and the wire mesh could cause bumblefoot. came with a little purple water bottle; it isn't shown in the pics bc i thought i wasn't going to use it bc i couldn't figure out how to attach it, but ive since figured it out and use both that one and the separately purchased water bottle that's pictured. all in all, it could be better but im not dissatisfied. i found workarounds for most of the issues i had and it shipped fast.
